Our Eternal Inheritance

God promised Abraham of the inheritance he is going to receive. God promised Israel of the inheritance of the promised land that they are going to receive. God has always promised an inheritance to His people in the Bible, as a way of His loving assurance. All of His promises of inheritance are realized in Jesus Christ, and this itself is worth pondering over, for our entire life.

Our Final Victory

Christianity is the only religion or a worldview which teaches us that people who take refuge in Christ, people who believe that He is the only Savior of their lives, will overcome death and sin. These are two of the most powerful evils in our life which are inescapable, they’re very part of our existence. But God promises that He will deliver His people on the last day when Christ returns. In this passage, we learn that Christians will have victory over death and sin when Christ returns to take them home (heaven), but we also learn what Christians are required to do until that day comes.

Thank God For The Blessings Of Your Election

The doctrine of predestination is not meant to make you proud or look down upon others, but rather, it is meant to humble you and be grateful to God. Election does not depend on your goodness or sincerity but on God’s kindness towards you. The Bible makes it very clear that man is sinful and there is nothing desirable in him. In this passage, we learn how God mercifully choosing us has many blessings attached to it.
