Without the might of the Lord, we’re all spiritual babies not soldiers for our Lord Jesus Christ. To wield all the spiritual weapons that God has given us in the armor of God, we need the strength and might of our Lord. This sermon teaches us how we ought to pray to this end.

The Armour of God
Glorifying God Through Our Work
Role of Parents and Children
It is the covenant duty of children to obey their parents. Children need to be raised with tenderness and with a sense of security and love from their parents. We have to discipline our children in Biblical gentleness and Biblical toughness.
Role of Husbands and Wives
Be Filled With The Spirit
Christian Worship is primarily about worshipping God for who He is and what He has done for sinners like us. If it is entirely about Him, then we are to worship in a way that God prescribes and instructs. The Holy Spirit enables us to worship God in a way that is acceptable to Him.
Pursue Sexual Purity
In Christianity, the root of all sexual sins is a selfish obsession to ones own desires and gratification. In one sense, Self-love is the root of all sexual immorality. So the way to fight sexual sins in our relationships in the church and in our marriages is to learn to love others and understand what it means to love them. Sacrificial love towards our spouse is the way to fight sexual temptation.
Growing in Holiness – Part 2
Growing in Holiness does not require us to isolate ourselves from the world, and practice celibacy. The Bible never teaches such an extreme view and practice of holiness. If the Bible does not condemn us from being part of the world, then how do we work towards purity? What does the Bible teach about growing in holiness and fighting sin? Listen to the sermon to learn more.
Growing In Holiness
Christianity is not just about believing in Christ and being saved by faith, but it is also about showing godliness through our deeds. Holiness is not an option, but an inevitable fruit of Christian faith. Growing in holiness is an evidence that we are indeed God’s children.
Spiritual Gifts
In Christianity, God does not give spiritual gifts to some and leave the rest. He gives spiritual gifts to everyone through His Holy Spirit, for His glory and for the benefit of others. Spiritual gifts are meant for stewardship by serving God and serving others.
